Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheese blend)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Bake the Fries: Cook the frozen fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
  • Season: Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the fries.
  • Add Cheese & Bacon: Spread the fries on a baking sheet, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly, and top with crumbled bacon.
  • Melt the Cheese: Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
