Description

This Mediterranean-inspired naan pizza combines tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce for a flavorful and quick meal. It’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or as a delightful snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

 

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Assemble the Pizzas:

    • Place the naan breads on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Spread 2–3 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over each naan as the base.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
    • Layer with fresh spinach leaves, shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Bake the Pizzas:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the naan is slightly crisp.

 

  • Garnish and Serve:

    • Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly.
    • Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

  • Make-Ahead: You can assemble the pizzas ahead of time and bake them when ready to serve.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheating: To reheat, place the pizza in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until warmed through. Avoid microwaving, as it can make the crust soggy.
