Description

This Tropical Pineapple Lemonade Punch is a refreshing and vibrant drink perfect for summer gatherings. Combining the tangy zest of lemonade with the sweet tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut, this punch is a crowd-pleaser!

 


Ingredients

2 cups (480ml) pineapple juice

1 cup (240ml) lemonade (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup (240ml) coconut water

1 cup (240ml) sparkling water or club soda

1/2 cup (120ml) fresh lime juice

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

1 cup (150g) fresh pineapple chunks

1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

1 lime, sliced (for garnish)

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemonade, coconut water, and fresh lime juice. Stir well.
  2. Add sugar (if using) and mix until dissolved.
  3. Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher and gently stir.
  4. Add fresh pineapple chunks and ice cubes to the pitcher.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slices, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a fun twist, add a splash of rum or vodka to make it an adult beverage.

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar, depending on your preference.

Use frozen pineapple chunks instead of ice cubes to keep the punch cold without diluting it.
