Description

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • Prepare the Gelatin: In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Combine with Cold Water: Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
  • Assemble the Pie: Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate: Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is fully set.

 

  • Garnish and Serve: Top with sliced fresh strawberries and whipped cream (if desired) before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra burst of flavor, gently toss the sliced strawberries in a little sugar before adding them as a topping.
