Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mint-flavored syrup or 1 teaspoon mint extract (adjust to taste)
  • 23 drops green food coloring (or more for desired hue)

Optional Topping:

  • Whipped topping or freshly whipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    • Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Filling:

    • In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • Stir in the mint-flavored syrup (or mint extract) and add green food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
  3. Assemble the Pie:

    • Pour the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until the filling is set.
  4. Finish & Serve:

    • Just before serving, top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
    • Slice and enjoy this festive treat!

Notes

  • Adjust the intensity of mint flavor and color to suit your preference.
  • For a crunchier texture, consider adding a few mint chocolate chips into the filling before chilling.
  • Ensure the pie is well chilled to achieve a clean slice and optimal texture.
