Description

These Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are a low-carb, gluten-free appetizer that packs all the creamy, savory goodness of spinach dip in a crispy, cheesy form. Perfect for snacking, they are full of flavor and ideal for parties or a light bite.

Ingredients

**For the Crisps:**

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

**For the Dip:**

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Spoon the mixture into small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound into a small disk shape.

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and crispy around the edges.

5. While the crisps are baking, prepare the dip: In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, thawed spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well-combined.

6. Serve the crispy cheese crisps with the spinach dip.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of garlic and onion powder to suit your taste. For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the dip or crisps.
