Description

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
  • Green food coloring (as desired)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • If using a homemade crust, press chocolate cookie crumbs into a 9-inch pie pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Make the Filling:

    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mint extract. Beat until well combined.
  • Fold in Whipped Topping:

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  • Create the Swirl Effect:

    • Remove ⅓ cup of the filling and mix it with a few drops of green food coloring.
    • Pour the white filling into the crust and spread evenly.

  • Chill:
