This Ranch Trail Mix is a crunchy, savory snack perfect for road trips, lunchboxes, or party bowls! Packed with nuts, pretzels, and a bold ranch seasoning, it’s an irresistible treat for all occasions. 


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chex cereal (corn, rice, or wheat)
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup cheese crackers
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, nuts, and cheese crackers in a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt the butter and mix it with the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Swap in your favorite nuts or add popcorn for extra crunch! 
  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili powder.
