Description

A fast and easy twist on a classic favorite, this air fryer garlic bread boasts a perfectly crisp exterior with a soft, buttery center. Ideal as a side or snack, it’s loaded with garlic, fresh parsley, and a hint of Parmesan for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

 

  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  • Spread: Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Air Fry: Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket (cut side up). Cook for 5–7 minutes until the edges are golden and the butter is bubbling.

 

  • Serve: Remove from the air fryer, slice into serving pieces, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a loaf that fits comfortably in your air fryer basket; you may need to work in batches.
  • Adjust cooking time as needed for your specific air fryer model.

 

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or substitute some parsley with basil.
