- 1 loaf French or Italian bread (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread: Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Air Fry: Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket (cut side up). Cook for 5–7 minutes until the edges are golden and the butter is bubbling.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer, slice into serving pieces, and serve immediately.
