- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 maraschino cherries, halved
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Caramelize the Pineapple:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Melt the Fudge Base:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Assemble the Fudge:
- Spread half of the white chocolate fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
- Evenly distribute the caramelized pineapple over the fudge.
- Gently spread the remaining fudge mixture over the top.

Add Cherries & Chill:
- Press the halved maraschino cherries into the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
