For the Filling:

  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:

    • In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
    • Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg, then mix until combined.
    • Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    • Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Assemble the Rolls:

    • Roll out dough into a 10×12-inch rectangle.
    • Spread softened butter over the surface.
    • Sprinkle the Oreo-cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
    • Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8-10 rolls.
    • Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Make the Glaze:

    • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
    • Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls.
