Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, add the white chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the orange zest and orange extract (or fresh orange juice).
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 1-2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
- Using a small spoon or cookie scoop, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar (or crushed vanilla wafers for extra texture).
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
