Description

Creamy, rich, and indulgent, these no-bake cheesecake balls combine the smooth flavors of peanut butter and cream cheese into bite-sized treats that are perfect for any dessert table.

Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 cup crushed peanuts (for coating)

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up the mixture.

3. Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll it into 1-inch bite-sized balls.

4. Roll each ball in the crushed peanuts until evenly coated.

5. Place the coated balls on a serving tray and chill in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes before serving.

6. Enjoy these delicious, no-bake treats!

Notes

– For extra crunch, try using crunchy peanut butter or adding a few chopped peanuts directly into the mixture.

– These cheesecake balls should be kept refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 3 days.

– If desired, you can substitute the crushed peanuts with cocoa powder or crushed graham crackers for a different flavor profile.
