- 8 slices of white bread, crusts removed
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks or cheddar cheese slices
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Milo powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
- Place a piece of cheese on one end of the bread and roll it up tightly. Seal the edges by brushing with a little condensed milk.
- Dip each roll in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and immediately roll them in a mixture of Milo powder and sugar while still warm.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
