Description

Soft and fluffy bread rolls filled with melty cheese and coated in a rich Milo chocolate powder mixture. These rolls combine the sweetness of Milo with the savory goodness of cheese, making them an irresistible snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks or cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Milo powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

 

  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  • Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
  • Place a piece of cheese on one end of the bread and roll it up tightly. Seal the edges by brushing with a little condensed milk.
  • Dip each roll in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from heat and immediately roll them in a mixture of Milo powder and sugar while still warm.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Use cheddar for a more savory taste or mozzarella for a gooey texture.
  • Air-fry instead of frying for a healthier version.
