Description

A fun and refreshing treat, these Kool-Aid Slushies burst with fruity flavor and icy texture—perfect for cooling down on hot summer days or serving as a playful party drink for both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Kool-Aid (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste; note some flavors may already be sweetened)
  • 2 cups cold water (divided)
  • 3 cups ice cubes

 

  • Optional: lemon slices or fresh fruit for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend the Base:

    • In a blender, combine the Kool-Aid packet, sugar, 1 cup of cold water, and ice cubes.
    • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
  • Adjust Consistency:

    • If the mixture is too thick, add the remaining 1 cup of water and blend briefly to reach your desired consistency.

 

  • Serve:

    • Pour the slushie into glasses and garnish with a lemon slice or fresh fruit if desired.
    • Serve immediately for the best texture.
