- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
For the noodles:
- 8 oz egg noodles (or your preferred noodles)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for noodles)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the fresh parsley, thyme, soy sauce, and lemon juice, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.

- Serve the noodles with sliced steak on top, garnished with extra parsley and a drizzle of sauce.
