Description

A bold and flavorful Korean-inspired ramen dish featuring tender grilled beef, a rich creamy sauce, and spicy broth. This fusion recipe brings together umami-packed ingredients for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 2 packs Korean ramen noodles

– 200g beef steak, thinly sliced

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 1 tsp garlic, minced

– 1 tsp ginger, minced

– 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

– 1 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)

– 2 cups beef broth

– 1 cup milk or heavy cream

– 1 tbsp butter

– 1 tbsp vegetable oil

– 1 green onion, sliced

– 1 soft-boiled egg, halved

– 1 tsp sesame seeds

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.

2. Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until charred. Set aside.

3. In a pot, heat vegetable oil and butter. Add gochujang and gochugaru, stirring until fragrant.

4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in milk or heavy cream for a rich texture.

5. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the broth.

6. Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with grilled beef, green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and sesame seeds.

7. Enjoy immediately while hot!

Notes

– Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing gochujang and gochugaru.

– For extra creaminess, use heavy cream instead of milk.

– Pair with kimchi for an authentic Korean experience.
