This easy and delicious fruit and yogurt parfait layers juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and crunchy granola in every bite!
Ingredients
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
– 1 cup granola
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
– Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and slice the strawberries.
2. In a glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries.
4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
6. Drizzle honey on top, if desired.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
– For added sweetness, drizzle honey or maple syrup between layers.
– Use seasonal fruits for variety.
– To prevent granola from becoming soggy, add it just before serving.
