- Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once slightly cooled, whisk in the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is fully set and firm.
