Ingredients
3 tbsp (45g) unsalted butter
4 cups (about 200g) mini marshmallows
6 cups (180g) Rice Krispies cereal

Sprinkles, melted chocolate, or candy melts (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract (if using).
- Add Food Coloring:
- Divide the melted marshmallow mixture into separate bowls (depending on how many colors you want).
- Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
- Mix with Cereal:
- Add Rice Krispies cereal to each colored marshmallow mixture. Stir until the cereal is fully coated.
- Shape the Easter Eggs:
- Let the mixture cool slightly until it’s easy to handle.
- Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray, then shape the mixture into egg-shaped balls.
- Place the shaped eggs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Decorate:
