Description

Crockpot Angel Chicken is a creamy, flavorful, and easy-to-make dish with tender chicken smothered in a rich sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the Crockpot, making sure the chicken is well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles for a complete meal.
  • You can add vegetables such as carrots or peas to the Crockpot for added flavor and nutrition.
