- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the Crockpot, making sure the chicken is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
