Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup water
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it completely.
4. Roll the battered florets in breadcrumbs to coat.
5. Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Lightly spray the florets with olive oil.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
– For extra crunch, you can add more breadcrumbs or panko to the coating.
