Description

These crispy bagel bites are made by rolling up flour tortillas with cream cheese and Everything Bagel seasoning, then pan-frying them until golden brown. A quick and delicious snack that’s perfect for breakfast or as a party appetizer.

 


Ingredients

– 1 large flour tortilla

– 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

– 1 tablespoon butter

– Everything Bagel seasoning, to taste


Instructions

1. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the flour tortilla.

2. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning over the cream cheese.

3. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.

4. Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces.

5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

6. Place the tortilla slices in the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown and crispy.

7. Remove from the skillet and serve warm.

 


Notes

– For a spicy kick, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes along with the Everything Bagel seasoning.

– You can use low-carb tortillas for a healthier version.

– These bites are best served immediately while they’re still crispy.
