Description

A light and crunchy snack that transforms humble cottage cheese into crispy chips. Perfect for a healthy, high-protein treat, these chips offer a delightful crunch with a savory taste, making them an ideal alternative to traditional fried snacks.


Ingredients

– 1 cup cottage cheese (drained and blended until smooth)

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 egg white

– 1/2 cup almond flour

– 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

3. Add the egg white, grated Parmesan, almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional parsley to the blended cottage cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.

4. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to crisp and turn golden.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the sheet. Once cooled, break into chips.
