For the Base:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preheat & Prepare Base:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake the base for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
- In a separate bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter.
- Mix until smooth and spread evenly over the warm base.

Prepare the Chocolate Topping:
- In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the semisweet chocolate chips with the heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Pour or drizzle the chocolate topping evenly over the peanut butter layer.

- Refrigerate the assembled bars for at least 2 hours to allow the layers to set.
