- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay tortillas flat on a surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Arrange 4 pepperoni slices on top, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll Up: Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Lightly spray the tops of the roll-ups with olive oil (optional) for a crispier texture. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and Serve: Let the roll-ups cool slightly, then slice each into 3-4 pieces. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
