Description

These Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are a delicious, low-carb twist on traditional pizza! Made with tortillas, mozzarella, and pepperoni, they’re quick to prepare and perfect for a healthy pizza night. A fun and tasty way to enjoy pizza without the carbs!


Ingredients

  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay tortillas flat on a surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Arrange 4 pepperoni slices on top, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Roll Up: Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake: Lightly spray the tops of the roll-ups with olive oil (optional) for a crispier texture. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
