Description

Cheesecake Fudge is a rich, creamy, and smooth dessert that combines the flavors of classic cheesecake with the sweetness of fudge. Made with white chocolate, cream cheese, and condensed milk, this no-bake treat is perfect for holidays, parties, or as a delicious homemade gift!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  • Make the Cheesecake Mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Beat until well combined.
  • Combine:

    • Pour the melted white chocolate into the cheesecake mixture and mix until smooth.
  • Set the Fudge:

    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
    • Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs for a cheesecake crust effect (optional).
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Slice and Serve:

    • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a strawberry cheesecake version, swirl in ¼ cup strawberry jam before refrigerating.
  • You can use a food processor to crush graham crackers finely for a smoother topping.
