These 3-ingredient cheese balls are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and incredibly easy to make! Perfect as a quick snack, appetizer, or party treat.

- 300 grams grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine the grated mozzarella, cornstarch, egg, and optional salt. Mix well with a spoon.
- Knead the dough: Use your hands to knead the mixture until smooth and no longer sticky.
- Form the balls: Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a greased pan.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Heat the oil: In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry: Once the oil is hot, fry the cheese balls until golden brown.
- Drain & Serve: Remove from oil, drain on a paper towel, and serve warm.
