Ingredients
– 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Optional: 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks), 1 red onion (cut into wedges)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
