Description

A creamy and flavorful bologna salad made with chopped bologna, mayonnaise, relish, and seasonings—perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb bologna, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Finely chop the bologna using a food processor or knife.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped bologna, mayonnaise, relish, and mustard.
  • Add the chopped onion and celery, then season with salt and black pepper.
  • Stir until well combined and creamy.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
