Description

A tangy and creamy dipping sauce designed to perfectly complement the crispy, flavorful blooming onion. Ideal for game day snacks and casual gatherings.

 


Ingredients

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp ketchup

– 1 tsp prepared horseradish

– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Optional: a dash of hot sauce


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, prepared horseradish, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

2. Season with salt and pepper, and add a dash of hot sauce if desired.

3. Stir the mixture until smooth and well blended.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Serve chilled alongside your blooming onion or as a dip for fries and other appetizers.
