Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried apples, chopped (or freeze-dried apples)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)

Instructions

Prepare the Dish:

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Melt the Base:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
  • Stir over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

Add the Chocolate & Apples:

  • Add the white chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and glossy.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the chopped dried apples until evenly distributed.

Set & Serve:

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger apple flavor, use freeze-dried apples instead of regular dried apples.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
  • Want a caramel twist? Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving!
