- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried apples, chopped (or freeze-dried apples)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
Instructions
Prepare the Dish:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Melt the Base:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Stir over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
Add the Chocolate & Apples:
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and glossy.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the chopped dried apples until evenly distributed.
Set & Serve:
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger apple flavor, use freeze-dried apples instead of regular dried apples.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
