Instructions
- Freeze Bananas: Slice ripe bananas and freeze them for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Blend: In a blender or food processor, add frozen bananas, milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using).
- Process: Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy as soft-serve, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
