- 2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Prepare the pistachios: If the pistachios have skins, blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then rub with a towel to remove the skins. Let them dry completely.
- Blend: Add the pistachios to a food processor and blend until they form a smooth paste. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add condensed milk: Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, blending until you reach a creamy consistency. Adjust the amount based on your preference.
- Store: Transfer the pistachio cream to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
- You can substitute sweetened condensed milk with honey, maple syrup, or white chocolate for a different flavor.
- For a thinner consistency, add a little milk or neutral oil.
